Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

My wife and I were looking to purchase a Toyota Rav 4, we looked at 5 different Toyota dealerships including the one we previously purchased at. This would have been the 5th car we purchased there, but we felt like they did not care for our business. I then called Central Florida Toyota and spoke with Julio. He was easy to talk to and understood what we were looking for. We then agreed to purchase a 2023 Rav 4, we had a 9am appointment on Saturday the 21st of June. He showed us the car and we really were so so about it, I asked if he had any others and he explained there were 2 others and we asked him to bring the 2024 XLE to show us. My wife and I both love this car and went into the showroom to try to make a deal. The sales manager, Luis, came and introduced himself to us and within 10 minutes we had a deal. Julio and Luis were outstanding to deal with and we will highly recommend both Julio and Luis, and Central Florida Toyota. What a great experience. Frank & Liz

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

I visited Toyota of Clermont to change my brakes pads for my Toyota Avalon. Before coming to the service the brakes everything was working fine. They told me that they had to reface the routers before changing the pads because that is their policy because if they don’t do that customers would return complaint about noise. Well they created the noise brakes behave after the service I had so much notice coming from the brakes. The cost to get the job done was ridiculous. I am sure that I could have done better job. It makes me wonder if the guys in the service shop really knows what they are doing.

Jesus in the parts department helped me find what I needed for my son In KCMO. Jesus was professional, efficient, courteous and kind in his interaction with me. I am in my 70s and he treated my phone call as if it was important to him as well as me.
