Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

Service is always quick and efficient, the work is done well and completed on time.

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

This is the first time I buy a car from a Jack Taylor Toyota dealership, and I had the best experience. Ebo Grant was very professional, patient and thorough. I felt absolutely no pressure and he made sure I had everything, and it was set up before I left. I med was also very helpful in the finance department, and Mike the manager. My first Toyota and I loved handling the team at Jack Taylor in Alexandria first class. Thanks to everyone who helped me, I highly recommend them if you want to buy a car.

Deondrea McLaurin was very helpful especially since our original salesperson, Nicholas disappeared. I was disappointed that I was not notified that he left the organization, as I was emailing him and not getting a response. I didn't know until the car came in. All in all, a good experience, but a little disorganized. Maybe because Nick left, all the paperwork had to be redone when we arrived because the car was supposed to be registered in our 2 names but was only done for one of us. There were many clerical errors, so it took a lot longer than expected. However, everyone was professional and kind. Also, we thought we would get a military rebate, but the small print is only if you finance through Toyota, who's rate is ridiculous. This should be noted in the headline. A bit of a bait and switch. Would use them again.

My car was stolen and destroyed, and I was left without transportation. This was devastating to me, but I had to keep it moving as life does not wait so, I had to look for new transportation. I ended up at Alexandria Toyota. Never in my life have I met so many nice and wonderful people in one place and never has such a huge process been so easy! The manager, the finance team and all the salespeople were all just top notch, and I am so glad I chose them to help me start a new chapter in my life! Special shout out to Tre Neal who made sure I got everything I wanted in a new car and even went all the way to Maryland to personally pick up my new ride!!! Thank you everyone at Alexandria Toyota you all made one of the worst weeks of my life, the best and man did yall sell me some super sexy wheels, LOVE IT!!!!!

My experience with this dealership was so great . I had an appointment with Mike Davis I came in to do a trade in with my old vehicle because it so messed up . Mike Davis was very patient & took the time to make sure that I left out there in the perfect vehicle . I highly recommend that if you go to passport in marlow heights please see Mike Davis he will make sure all of your needs are taken care of & he will make sure you leave with a smile on your face . I’m so blessed to be able to have had him as my salesperson because he most definitely took care of me & if i wanted to buy another car I would definitely be seeing him again . Jonathan, the salesperson, greeted me in the lot and was very knowledgeable. While the truck I had looked at online and had come to see had already been sold, he was able to describe the remaining inventory very well, including the one I eventually purchased. He followed up and scheduled a test drive, and we were able to negotiate an agreeable price.

They were super helpful, and answered all questions. They also helped me set up the entertainment system. They had snacks and a nice lounge waiting area
