Deondrea McLaurin was very helpful especially since our original salesperson, Nicholas disappeared. I was disappointed that I was not notified that he left the organization, as I was emailing him and not getting a response. I didn't know until the car came in. All in all, a good experience, but a little disorganized. Maybe because Nick left, all the paperwork had to be redone when we arrived because the car was supposed to be registered in our 2 names but was only done for one of us. There were many clerical errors, so it took a lot longer than expected. However, everyone was professional and kind. Also, we thought we would get a military rebate, but the small print is only if you finance through Toyota, who's rate is ridiculous. This should be noted in the headline. A bit of a bait and switch. Would use them again.

I found the car on line, got a great price via the internet then test drove it the next day. The sales manager and sales person stuck with the deal as agreed to and I took the car home that day. I appreciated the straight forward approach...a very positive experience so far.

This dealership has been refreshing. I was overwhelmed by the level of concern shown to me during my visit. I was most impressed with the price even when they had given me a unbeatable deal they tried doing even better then that! I've never experienced this level of service at any dealer! Just awesome. Bought a new 2025 RAV4 that I saw advertised on several sites, including the dealers. Thought I would have to go to Virginia to get the best Toyota deal. Wrong! The best price was at Koons Toyota in Westminster. They had great professional staff beginning with Austin, who was on time for our 6:30 appointment. He was new the car, accompanied us on the test drive, and took the time to explain the finer details. The financing/purchasing staff was pleasant, efficient and had us through the process in less than an hour. We drove the car home that night, with Austin filling up the car and placing the new tags just before we left. This was by far, the best new car purchase experience we have ever had. If we ever buy another Toyota, we will look no further than Austin and Koons Toyota in Westminster.
