Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

I can’t say enough about Kim Esposito, Service Advisor. She went above the line of duty to get approval for service being performed on my vehicle. My experience with Car Shield was horrible but after much hard work from Ms. Esposito she was finally able to get these people to pay for something and I really appreciated that, she needs to be recognized as an exceptional outstanding employee. I scheduled coolant and brake fluid service. I was greeted immediately and a service advisor reviewed what I scheduled. I was sent a video from the tech who worked on my vehicle, then was sent a cost estimate. Service was completed in a timely manner and check out was simple.

The brake actuator went out on my 2014 Prius and I reached out to six dealerships and on-line sources only to learn the part was on back order with no idea when it would be available. Susanna, Lew and Carl in the parts department knocked themselves out to find it and in a matter of days obtained it. They are now my "Go to Team" for doing what it takes to get the job done.
