Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

hours ago NEW if you are looking for a Toyota, I highly recommend using Cedric at Toyota of Katy. I called him, told him what I was looking for, he went out in the rain, and got pictures and videos. Met me at the dealership the next day early before he was supposed to be at work. Started the process of purchasing a new vehicle. He explained everything in detail, very patient, very kind, as I was waiting for finance to be approved, he constantly kept me up-to-date. Answered all my questions in detail. I could not have hand picked a better salesman!!

Never felt pressured--really appreciated her honesty and patience explaining details of several options we had. She genuinely cared and was committed to meeting our needs and we feel much better knowing what is financially attainable and practical. Past experiences with other car dealerships for me have not been good and none come close to the great service she provided. Hope to lease a Corolla Cross or other hybrid soon as we're working to get our finances in order. Really appreciate her time showing the new hybrids available. On a prior visit (unknown when) my wheel lock key was not returned. Had a blow out and had no key to remove tire. Had to tow to dealer. They warranted the blown out tire and set me up with a complete new set (I paid for the other 3). Gave me a discount and a new wheel lock set... and key! Thank you Ray!

Customer service at sterling McCall is above & beyond grades. My Service advisor - Mr Adi Diaz is very knowledgeable, competent & goes above & beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. He works around customers' schedule & makes sure all safety issues for the car are taken care of. He would give you lots of options even if you don't have the funds for repairs. I give him 5+ Stars (A+)

Faith(Cust ser) was EXCELLENT!!!! Oil change was fast! Checked in at 2:30, dealership closed at 4. It took about an hour. I had an online coupon which made a big difference in my visit

I highly recommend going to the dealership and asking for Rommel , he is the best salesperson we have ever had at this location. He listens to your needs and works with you to make sure you get the best deal possible. He is not pushy and help you close the deal. We almost did not return after our last visit but we came back with him and were not dissapointed.
