Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

Dave sold us our 2012 Prius and now our 2024. He worked with us to get a safe and efficient vehicle and did it with the help of team members including Robin in service, Will in Financing and Logan who educated and walked us through a dazzling array of safety, comfort and convenience features.

This time around, the maintenance service took under one hour...probably more like 45 minutes. Last time I was there, it took about 2 hours. Much faster this time around.

Vincent was superb in how swiftly he had the deal done and was very informative with the options offered. Brandon was super nice in answering my calls in requesting courtesy shuttle and made a point to meet me personally upon my arrival. Everyone else (I did not get their names) were super helpful. Service manager Oscar at Koons Arlington Toyota tried to find a way to save me money by replacing just a rearview mirror cover instead of the whole mirror.
