Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

After several unsatisfactory service visits, Brian Hopper made up for all of it. Incredibly friendly, professional, showed genuine concern and very energetic. Very happy we were lucky to have him handle our service issues. Would definitely go back just because of Mr. Hopper!

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

I like Toyota of Katy, because here I can get the best professional help from Finance Manager Don Pollard, Assistant Service Manager Clint Rice, Sales Consultant Luis and used car Consultant Rafael. I appreciated their Awesome professional activities.

hours ago NEW if you are looking for a Toyota, I highly recommend using Cedric at Toyota of Katy. I called him, told him what I was looking for, he went out in the rain, and got pictures and videos. Met me at the dealership the next day early before he was supposed to be at work. Started the process of purchasing a new vehicle. He explained everything in detail, very patient, very kind, as I was waiting for finance to be approved, he constantly kept me up-to-date. Answered all my questions in detail. I could not have hand picked a better salesman!!

I highly recommend going to the dealership and asking for Rommel , he is the best salesperson we have ever had at this location. He listens to your needs and works with you to make sure you get the best deal possible. He is not pushy and help you close the deal. We almost did not return after our last visit but we came back with him and were not dissapointed.

We recently bought our second Toyota from Don McGill. The first was a 2020Toyota Avalon and the second was a 2024 Toyota Crown. The first purchase went off without a hitch and we were very satisfied. The second car (the 2024 Crown) was purchased and delivered on 12/29/2023 with only one key FOB; I was told me I would get a second key FOB in six months. I subsequently talked to the service department; they promptly ordered one and I received it one week later. I do have an issue with the title department. My credit union is threatening to raise my loan interest rate if they don't receive the title. The only way to satisfy my credit union is to explain the process which I do not understand. The dealer should be more proactive in ensuring that the sales process does not end with delivery. My credit union still hasn't received the title. I am forced to keep calling which shouldn't be necessary.

Getting a car for the first time with fast, reliable, and excellent services from the people who took care of my car needs was truly delightful. I am so grateful to Mr. Manuel and Mr. Hadi for the warmth accommodation and such service delight. I got my brand new car in just a couple of hours. Thank you so much.

We cannot thank everyone at Gullo enough for helping us exchange the Prius we originally purchased (which it turned out was not the right car for us) for the Rav4. Please thank Mitch Ericson for processing our paper work twice. Also, extend our thanks to Mr. Grice who spent a great deal of time going over all the features of the Rav4. We went to Gullo because your on line customer service rating was four and a half stars. I am so glad we did. I'm not sure any other dealer would have been willing to exchange cars after purchase just to make a very short old lady feel comfortable and save while driving. Purchased a used Prius from Joel and Phillip and my experience was excellent. If I had concerns or questions about my purchase they were expertly and promptly addressed. The finance department was thoughtful, courteous and took time to explain all my financing options. Worth the 250 mile drive to find the exact Prius I was looking for.
