The whole experience was easy and pleasant. Vinnie Jhaj found the exact Camry that I wanted, even though they are hard to find. He reserved it for me and was responsive when I request delivery status. When I came to purchase and take home the car, Vinnie showed me some of the features and connected my iPhone. Sam was easy to work with also and did not pressure me to buy a lot of extras.

I did the pre-approval through CapitalOne, called to verify the car I wanted was still available, Mini 2012. Spoke with Louis, and met with him 30 minutes before closing. The car I was approved for was not available in a manual transmission, however he did have a similar model slightly older but in great shape. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 20 minutes. He was thorough, and even dropped the price and gave me better financing options than I expected. I highly recommend Louis of Oakland Toyota. He is fair, efficient, and works in the best interest of his customer.

Niko (If I remember correctly) was lovely, not at all pushy, knowledgeable, and simply let the features of the vehicle speak for themselves. This was the perfect sales style for my wife and me, and we really enjoyed our time with him. The person who did our financing (I don't remember his name now) was delightful, conversational, and moved us through the process extremely quickly. Everything at Concord Toyota was professional, clean, streamlined, and delightful. No notes, and definitely no complaints!

Christopher Paras and myself. crossed paths in my search for the black 2022 4 runner RD Pro. I have purchased vehicles from Honda Marin and Toyota Marin and always left feeling. drained, swearing I would never bay another car. I had the opposite experience with Christopher. City Toyota was the last business on my list that supposedly had the car in stock. I had been given the run around with every Toyota dealership within a 45 miles radius. I told Chris exactly wha I wanted. He did validate that what I was retying to find was at this point a "unicorn." Chris called me back 15 minutes later and told the news: they'd haven arriving from Japan to the US in a month. Chris immediately reached out with a status update on the vehicle every step of the way. All the other 10 dealerships I tried to purchase this car from left me feeling like a bother. I tried to put down deposits and Two were sold by Toyota Marin I had put deposits down on. beyond disappointing. Chris called me me with the best news: the car had arrived two days early. We had already discussed finances over the phone. When I got the cal to come in and pick. up my car, trade I n my old one and meet with the financial department-I was in and out of the dealership driving home, all smiles, within less than 2 hour. I challenge any dealership to accede the level of customer service, care, communication, and knowledgable professionalism I experienced at Daily city Toyota. Chris made the experience fun and straight forward. I asked all my questions during our communication prior to the vehicle arriving. His response time was almost immediate. One of the finest gentleman ive encountered. His associate Marvin Luna also helped speed the day of purchasing process along. Marvin is also a fine gentleman, both of whom treated me like family. Chris and Marvin brought me to finance to complete the process. we all dread this..... However I worked with Jude Imoisili and he was another highlight go this whole experience. A gentleman who made a process I wam failure with easy and painless. He was very friendly and we had a great conversation while signing all the paperwork. Since having the new vehicle the service I received day one with christen the phone has continues to be 5 star. Ive contacted Simon the weekend not expecting to hear back rm him until at least the next business day, however, 2 minutes later he was available answering my questions and helping me solve my present issue. This dealership redefined excellence. I've referred 3 of my dearest friends, and will only ever work with this team. As a woman, purchasing vehicles is challenging. We are often treated as if we know nothing and taken advantage of the potential lack of knowledge. This was absolutely not the case with Chris and Marvin. Even after the keys were in my hand they took the time on a hot, 98 degrees day in their suits and ties, to go over the detailed mechanics of the impeccable tool I had just purchased. I have never had a positive car buying experience before now.
