New and used 2025 Toyota RAV4 XLE for sale near West Kennebunk, ME

Purchasing the used pickup that I wanted was very easy at Rochester Toyota. There was no pressure, and friendly and efficient service. I had to come back a second day (because I wanted to get a certified check from the bank), and the dealership even drove 1/2 hour to my house to pick me up, so I could drive home in the pickup that day. Very nice!

Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

We really enjoyed working with Cole. He was very professional and we were impressed with his the Honda Fit we were interested in, even though they primarily sell Toyota's. Cole made sure that we test drove the vehicle in a variety of different terrains. It made us feel this was the vehicle that we really wanted. We also liked the fact that when we picked up the car it was very clean. One minor point. When we were driving the car home we realized that someone never took off the dealer cardboard plate that was covering both the front and back MN license plates. Thanks for all you did.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from IRA Toyota in Saco. I had such a great experience with the sales department that I called their service department before reaching out to my regular mechanic when the TPMS light came on in my vehicle. I had the pleasure of dealing with Keith in the service department. Keith was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions regarding the service on my 2013 Lexus Rx 350 the first time we spoke. When I brought my vehicle in for repair Keith continued to be awesome to work with. He kept me informed of what work needed to be completed, he gave me an accurate prediction of the cost and the time I would be waiting for repair, and he made sure I knew how to reach him if I had questions on the progress of my vehicle. I just had my Land Cruiser in for it's 5,000 mile oil change and tire rotation. Scheduling the appointment was easy. I showed up at the dealership for my appointment and was greeted by Peter who told me what to expect time-wise. Everything went as stated and I was on my way in an hour. Great service.

Everyone was very polite and courteous, despite things being a bit backed up when I arrived. I waited in the lobby, and once my car was taken in, the estimated time was spot on! When I got to my car, I was a little annoyed that my seat and mirrors were moved, as I'm very tall, and could not get into the drivers seat until I moved it back. There was also a change in the digital dashboard that I had to open my manual to figure out how to reset and see my speed! But these where minor things... I shall be curious to see how the service differs next year when I'm no longer under warranty.

Service was prompt as always. The staff was very helpful. We have been going to Berlin Toyota ever since we moved to Maine in 2020.

The work performed was done well took abit of time but the truck is running awesome with the new bilstien shocks and struts.
