I highly recommend the service center of Wondries Toyota and especially Kanika as your Service Manager. Over the life of my 2006 Prius, I’ve been to 4 or 5 different Toyota service centers. None compare to the quality, friendliness and non-salesy nature of Wondries Toyota in Alhambra. I consider them so good I still drive to them from San Gabriel, even though they are twice the distance from my closest dealership in Pasadena. Now I bring my wife’s 2009 Prius here too... I’ve been impressed with the service of this dealership for over 10 years and cannot say enough good things about this location. Not only are they friendly and genuine but I also get the (hugely appreciated) feeling that their goal is to keep my repair bill as low as possible while still assuring my car is running as perfectly as possible.

From start to finish the process couldn?t have gone any better! Starting with their GM Ellen, yes GM, communicating with me via email/text. Then handing me off to Leo, who continued the high level of service. He made sure it was the right car for my fianc� and daughter, no sales xx, just super personal and down to earth. There is a very good selection of cars, the treatment is very high-end, and the prices are lower than any other excellent dealer.

I had a good experience. Youbert helped me and he told me how long it would take and the wait time was even less than he said. He offered a little more service than I asked for but he totally respected me when I said ?no thanks?. The price was just slightly more than he quoted, but my car is great now. I got the 12v battery changed. Good experience for me today.
