Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

Strangest car buying experience of my life. Weird vibe from the salesman the moment we walked in, as if it didn’t matter if we there or not. But we got to drive some nice trucks. Found one that we wanted to deal on, only to be told after our test-drive that he couldn’t sell it because of an open recall that couldn’t be fixed. Decided to ask the price on the first truck we drove. Had to give him the keys to our trade before he’d give us the price. Fully expected the price to be out of reach and the trade offer to be low balled. Imagine my surprise when he returned with the truck’s price at 10% lower than the window sticker AND an offer on the trade $3k ABOVE the figure I planned to use when starting negotiations. Needless to say, negotiations were brief! The paperwork was signed and we drove home in a new truck. All in about three hours.

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

My experience was great from the time I walked into the dealership and met with Sean Parent to driving my new car home! The overall experience that started with the online customer service team then moved to work with CJ who coordinated the sales process for me until I purchased the car was outstanding. There were no surprises during closing the deal they even matched my bank pre-approval. Definitely will go back for my next purchase!!!
