Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

Had the price of the vehicle before I even stepped into the dealership. Really took a lot of the stress out of the deal. Got $1500 off from Toyota and another $1200 off from the dealer. Scott Emery has been the best mechanic I've ever dealt with. He is extremely pleasant, accommodating just all around 100 percent great person. Where he is I'll be. Heather at front desk was also extremely accommodating and pleasant.

It was my first time coming to this location for an inspection/emission (I live elsewhere so usually take my car to a local dealer). The mechanic/serviceman, Ben, was very respectful, courteous, and polite. Told me what was going on with my car and future things (like the air cabin filter) to be aware of. I did not feel patronized or pressured. Sometimes going to get your car fixed/inspected can feel like spilling money from your pockets, but this is a place you can trust your car with.

Omg I don’t know where to start! I came in knowing that or thought that I was not going to be able to get a car because of my credit. How about I let with the exact color and model and it’s fully loaded couldn’t have be happier. I had to leave the best for last Tom is the man he is funny but about his business. And I can’t leave Chris out !!!!
