Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

The sales process was friendly and easy. Came to a complicated deal, trading a recently purchased 2025 Camry for a 2026 Crown, rather quickly after spending time with the salesperson, Eyad Elxxxxany, Eyad was very nice and made the process pleasurable. This as the 85th car purchase I have made throughout my lifetime, due to a love of automobiles. I will definitely ask for Eyad if I purchase again!

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

Our experience was lovely! Cristian made sure the process went smoothly even when there were some slight bumps in the road. Brian was the sales consultant who showed me options, took a test drive and purchased a new 2017 Prius Eco. He was very professional, knew all the facts, figures and options for the Prius I wanted. I normally dislike the process once the sales person takes you into the "Finance" person. It was not much better here. The positive was that I was needing to make another appointment, so I was very clear that I could only spend 15 minutes with this person. He honored my time and completed the process efficiently. I would certainly recommend Phillips and Brian in particular.

I got into an accident and had to buy another car. Settled on the 2023 RAV 4. Cyril was not pushy. After signing some papers he showed me the Carfax report and I was shocked to see that the used vehicle I bought was involved in a minimal accident. He said everything was repaired like the bumper. I got the vehicle under the premise everything was repaired. I was told I could get my old plate from my wrecked car the next day. It would be ready for me by the time I get there. So, went there the next day, plate still on the car. Had to ask 3 people if they could just unscrew the rusty screws so I could get my plate. No one helped me, so I saw a female employee and she asked Dave from the body shop to help me and he did. He was awesome. Tried all types of tools to unscrew the screw. He got them off with no complaints. Thank you Dave for being very helpful even if it wasn’t your job!

The truck was as advertised. We purchased it and had a very nice drive north to Michigan. The salesman was professional and gave us space to make our decision.

There are enough words to describe how truly wonderful Jack Jackson is. He is the exact opposite of the stereotypical “pushy” used car salesman. We visited another Toyota dealership in Orlando and encountered just that. They had the exact car that I was looking for but I wasn’t comfortable with the high pressure atmosphere. We left and ventured to Phillips Toyota in Leesburg and were very blessed to meet Jack. He was kind, funny-which I desperately needed as the car purchase was not desired rather due to an accident, and most importantly he came off as being very honest and acted with integrity which was far different from the last encounter. Some hold the belief that purchases are a result of the salesperson and not the product. True. True. True. I truthfully preferred the car at the Orlando dearlership, a Prius C (smaller version and easier to park for me) versus the traditional Prius available at Jack’s location. Jack himself had everything to do with my decision. My parents were visiting from Colorado and we just connected with him. I truly view him as a friend and give him my highest recommendation. met on 2 different days, bought on day 2, day 1 was to begin shopping process, they picked me up at my home both times, some other dealership would not provide that service

Worked on a used car deal remotely with them and it was refreshing to work with people who didn't play games with numbers or lure you in the door with artificially low prices then tack on a bunch of made-up fees. When i arrived to do the deal, I found the vehicle to be super-clean and well-prepared for delivery and they were set to honor the trade-in value we'd discussed. I only didn't purchase because I got cold feet (trading in a low-mileage Lexus for used BMW worried me). Too bad, they were good to deal with.

We found the perfect car for our family. Anthony greeted us when we arrived. He was fantastic during the whole process. Very knowledgeable of the car we purchased. Answered all of our questions. Made us feel very safe with all the COVID-19 precautions they took. Will definitely recommend family and friends to him.
