New and used 2025 Toyota RAV4 for sale near Lansdowne, MD

Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

Dave sold us our 2012 Prius and now our 2024. He worked with us to get a safe and efficient vehicle and did it with the help of team members including Robin in service, Will in Financing and Logan who educated and walked us through a dazzling array of safety, comfort and convenience features.

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

I’d never take my 2016 Avalon anywhere but Koons Westminster. From the friendly, accommodating customer service representatives who help set my appointments, to Todd Eckard who communicates with me throughout the service process. Always honest and helpful. Service is also timely and their valet service is extremely helpful. I have nothing but great things to say about Koons Westminster!

We came into this dealership just wanting to try out cars; we ended up buying one. Along the way we met Will Butler, who kept us interested and focused even when I thought my companion was ready to bolt. I don't know what he had, but I'd love to bottle it and sell it. He kept my mobility-challenged sister comfortable and persisted through our issues with insurance. He made it work! The dealership itself is clean and modern and a relaxing vibe - soothing music, clean bathrooms, a massive contrast to another showroom we had seen. Gotta mention Stephanie who was a pro at using her cool gizmo to get through all the mind-numbing paperwork at the end. Did they keep the dealership open past close just to seal the deal? I think they did. And Will even mentioned calling DealDash if we wanted food. It all worked. Great job!

I have it serviced approximately every six months and when I get it back from the shop, the car runs so much better every time. From beginning to end I have loved my experience. Henry was fabulous in handling my salde. He has a great de.eanor and was very patient. Vincent was superb in how swiftly he had the deal done and was very informative with the options offered. Brandon was super nice in answering my calls in requesting courtesy shuttle and made a point to meet me personally upon my arrival. Everyone else (I did not get their names) were super helpful. What stuck me was how professional the sales staff was and extremely nice, willing to make sure I had my needs met. I have not bought a car in 13 years and have always loathed the process. My wife and I bought our car from Ourisman's Gordy Mueller a little over 2 years ago; we tend to follow Gordy from dealership to dealership because we trust his judgement in helping us select our cars and seeing that the dealership handles maintenance and services for us in a good fashion. Our most recent experience with servicing was a little over 2 months ago. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy and the handling of the actual service was completed very quickly. All staff were knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. All in all our entire experience in buying and having our car serviced at Ourisman has been extremely good.

Jeremy greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Christos made the financing process enjoyable and worked to get us the best rate. This was our third purchase from Koons Toyota Westminster and we will be back.

Overall had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. Katie Crook and Justin Schmitt did a great job with communicating the availability of the vehicle. Katie handled the test drive and sales which went really smooth. I worked with Christos on the financing which went well in relation to my previous experience at Koons (Tysons Corner). I was anticipating another high pressure sales tactic regarding warranty and extra add ons which was my experience at Tysons Corner Koons. Christos heard me loud and clear and did not put any additional presssure once I declined some of the add-ons. It was a pleasure working with everyone at this dealership.

Beneet was excellent. I had a flat tire and she was able to fit me in that morning for a repair. Repair was fast and efficient. Great service. Wonderful place.

They gave us a great deal and made the whole process seamless and easy! Highly recommended and already referred to family and friends who also got cars from them!
