New and used 2025 Toyota RAV4 for sale near Maryville, TN

My wife and I came to Fox Toyota of Clinton, TN last week and we were immediately greeted and made to feel like our preferences in buying a car were a priority the entire time we were at the dealership. Elijah Jennings made an appointment for us and he served us with excellence the entire time we were there. We finished the process in record time, including our brief stop at the finance office, which made me very happy! Ron and Jake delivered our vehicle in record time to our home after our financing went through at our credit Union. Everyone was gracious, genuine, informative, and patient. This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

Desmond was involved from the beginning of the order to the delivery, crash course on use of new features, and went so far as to send videos on how to set up certain features.

This time I was very impressed for the attention and care of Jeramy Accadi and Michael Smith, both of them were very fast and explained to me about the service my car needed. I had some bad experiences in the past in this Toyota?s concessionary, I hope this concessionary continues keeping the good quality and attention in the service and with the customers.

I took the van in for service recalls. Repairs were made in a very timely and professional manner. Very satisfied with my experience with Toyota of Knoxville service department.

This last Friday I went to Rick McGill Toyota to look at buying a used 2004 Ford F150 that I had talked to Siera about. I drove the truck and looked it over and decided to buy even though it had a check engine light on. On Saturday morning I had the computer checked and the reason for the light was a timing issue with the fix being timing chains replacement or engine replacement. I don't believe anyone at the dealership knew for sure because it had just recently been traded in. So, I went straight back to the dealership, even though I had made the deal on Friday along with all the paperwork....the truck was mine. I asked to talk to someone in charge and Rick McGill came over and talked to me. He was very concerned that the situation even happend and wanted to help. He kept the truck and gave me a loaner for the weekend. They called me on Monday afternoon and said they would not be able to sell me that truck and wanted me to come back and talk to them about a different truck and gave me a 2010 Ford f150 4wd....a truck that was 6 years newer than the one I brought back. To make a long story short, I made several friends over the last 6 days. Have a super honest dealship that I will return to in years to come and left there this afternoon feeling great.. If you don't give Rick McGill a shot, you are doing a disservice to yourself and your car buying expierence. I now own the 2010 F150 and my payment only went up by 29.00. I am writing this in the best mood I have ever been in when I have had to deal with a car dealership. Do yourself a favor.....go see John Bushmann....my salesperson and get the highest level of respect from a dealership that has shown that they really care. From OWNER, to FINANCE MANAGER. to SALESMAN. these folks know how to treat their customers.
