We had been to other dealerships where we first had to get the attention of a salesperson just to see if we could find a car for her. When we walked into Jim Coleman, Mr. Redd immediately walked up to us, and asked if he could help us. His demeanor indicated to me that this was going to be an outstanding experience. Mr. Redd was attentive. He answered every question from our party of four and at the end of the encounter, it felt like we had made a lifelong friend. When we moved over to finance, I expected to be pressured and we were not Mr. Bienvenue was outstanding and the great customer service experience we had started hours early was extended into the contracting process. I have bought four cars before. This was by far THEEEEEEEEE best experience I've ever had in my life. I wish that I was in the market to buy a car (I'm not because my car is three years old) because I would definitely want to broker my deal with Mr. Redd. Outstanding! Personable! Attentive! We were looking for my daughter?s first car, and came from out of town to Auto Nation Leesburg with no intention to buy anything yet. We test drove two cars with Nate (he gave us carfax reports for both, which was convenient), and we decided to buy the Accord that night. The online price had been reduced even further, and they honored that price, so we got a great deal. I had lined up financing through Bank of America, but when that fell through due to the age of the car, they found a comparable rate through Wells Fargo. Every person I met and worked with was professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new Toyota or used car.

This time around, the maintenance service took under one hour...probably more like 45 minutes. Last time I was there, it took about 2 hours. Much faster this time around.

Discovered my sunroof was leaking badly on a very rainy day, the interior of my car was getting soaked. Not only did they make time to fix it the same day, they let me come early and parked it in their garage until they could get to it. Could not have been better service.

The sales professional in particular, Mr. Luis Cortes, made the experience very easy and enjoyable! He is extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He guided me through the buying process. And he helped me receive a great price on my trade. He made himself available after the sale to pickup a second car key, and gave me advice on future service. Thank you so much! I love my car!

I recently had my car serviced at Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda. Like many people I think, I had not taken my car to a dealer for servicing for quite some time. Instead, I used a smaller private mechanic for services like oil changes and the little things that came up, but had not done much in the way of regular maintenance other than that. Earlier this summer we were going to take the car for a long road trip, and I decided to take my car in for an oil change and a check up to be sure it was safe for a long trip. My service representative, Mark Waters did an excellent job. He explained to me what he felt needed to be done. Essentially it was a 60K mile service, All the fluids were checked and replaced, a new drive belt, checked my tires, new wiper blades, and a number of other regular maintenance things. The car drove great on the trip. The trip included many miles on the highway in the pouring rain. I felt comfortable and safe knowing my car had recently been serviced. Upon my return the air conditioning went out. Mark had the mechanic Kevin Parry inspect it and determined I needed a new compressor. They were able to have the car back for me the next morning. Kevin even fixed a few minor body work adjustments on my front fender and on my driver’s seat electrical controls at no charge. Both times I used them, when I picked up my car it was delight to find that it had also been washed for me. I will certainly continue to use Jim Coleman and won’t hesitate to recommend them to others. Five Stars!

Excellent experience at Jim Coleman Toyota/Cadillac. Brendan Coleman, Ben Lare, Ben Hernandez, and Michael Jaffee were all a pleasure to meet and deal with. They worked with me to make sure that I could secure a vehicle with proper financing and at a very quick pace. The overall experience dealing with them was excellent!

The guy that scheduled my appointment, Tony, really went above and beyond. The guy was awesome. While scheduling my service request he also set up a follow-up task for himself to help me out.

Mr. Mohammed was very helpful and kind. He explained the entire process from beginning to end. He even helped ease my fears of driving a newer rental as I?m old school and new technology scares me. He takes good care of me every time I need service and my car is a 2012 I got it new and he?s been there every step of the way over the years. I?m very appreciative of his commitment to customer service.

Shout out to Lewis Grimes and Nicki! THE BEST customer service. Extremely cordial, professional, and they work really hard to accommodate you! Service department does a spectacular job. Not always a quick in and out, because they apparently have a lot of other very satisfied customers. It?s not really reasonable for anyone to expect not to have some degree of waiting. They will happily shuttle you home, I can have someone pick me up, or I just bring a good book and read in one of the several comfortable wait rooms they have. LOVE this service department!

I flu out of Syracuse at 6am and arrived in the Washington VA airport (IAD) at 7:35am where Aydin picked me up before the dealership even opened for the day.
