The process was smooth from start to finish. The sales manager, Andrew, explained every step clearly and worked with me to find deal that fit my budget. The car was detailed, gassed up, and came sooner than I expected. It’s not often that car buying feels easy and stress-free, but this dealership made it happen. Just purchased a Toyota Venza from Mike Shaw Toyota, I want to recognize the exemplary service we received from sales consultant, Ted Endter, who is extremely helpful, candid, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Since the vehicle was being built in Japan, Ted always kept us informed throughout the production and transport process and he took care of all of our concerns. At delivery, he took the time to explain all the new technology and safety functions provided by our new vehicle so my daughter would understand. We are very happy with Mr. Endter's professionalism and amazing customer service skills.

We bought a used car from Russell today at Freeway Toyota. He went out of his way to meet our needs. A real low pressure feeling here and we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. We drove all the way from Tehachapi after reading good reviews for the dealership and I am glad we did. The finance person was just as nice as our sales person and also was not pushy to sell us anything we didn't want. We ended up buying the extended warranty which was actually a great price for 5 years/60,000 miles. I highly recommend driving a bit to do business with these fine people. We came from about three hours away to get our car. Toyota of Erie was the only one who had the vehicle we were interested in. The whole process was very easy.
