New and used 2025 Toyota RAV4 for sale near Parsonsfield, ME

Car fixed in reasonable time but from when a text was sent that car was all OK. 45min later I went to check if it was done. PS. NO one came to get us tolet us know it was ready & that's 3/4 hr after car was complet.Poor on that part. This is 3 trips on dash problem & 2 last trips is things not connected. Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

I just had my Land Cruiser in for it's 5,000 mile oil change and tire rotation. Scheduling the appointment was easy. I showed up at the dealership for my appointment and was greeted by Peter who told me what to expect time-wise. Everything went as stated and I was on my way in an hour. Great service.

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

Toyota dealership in Saco, Maine is fabulous. They have helped me several times and today was my first service. My advisor today was Keith and he is 10 stars. Help me with absolutely everything and make great suggestions. They were professional and helpful and on time they were very courteous and answered all my questions. It is this kind of experience that makes me want to be a customer there and I recommend this dealership to everyone

Everyone was very polite and courteous, despite things being a bit backed up when I arrived. I waited in the lobby, and once my car was taken in, the estimated time was spot on! When I got to my car, I was a little annoyed that my seat and mirrors were moved, as I'm very tall, and could not get into the drivers seat until I moved it back. There was also a change in the digital dashboard that I had to open my manual to figure out how to reset and see my speed! But these where minor things... I shall be curious to see how the service differs next year when I'm no longer under warranty.

Service was prompt as always. The staff was very helpful. We have been going to Berlin Toyota ever since we moved to Maine in 2020.

Ben was most cordial, seemed to know his ?stuff? and made some recommendations. He even put my hubcap back on! I felt he was honest about my tires and grateful he agreed they can make it through the winter. No wait for service and done when Ben said it would be.

A little lengthy in the buying process. Last time the dealer came to me. I am not a real fan of selling me more things after I think I am done

I was so happy with everything that went on from beginning to end my Handler went well beyond my expectations , was treated respectfully and was given tire rotation at no cost

The work performed was done well took abit of time but the truck is running awesome with the new bilstien shocks and struts.

This was an excellent experience. Bob Knowlton was knowledgeable and patient with me through the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I traded in my 2008 Toyota 4 Runner and was pleasantly surprised how much they gave me as a trade in towards the purchase of a 2017 Toyota 4 Runner. Very professional folks, outstanding service department, and excellent inventory. I rate this as one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend Rochester Toyota!

We really enjoyed working with Cole. He was very professional and we were impressed with his the Honda Fit we were interested in, even though they primarily sell Toyota's. Cole made sure that we test drove the vehicle in a variety of different terrains. It made us feel this was the vehicle that we really wanted. We also liked the fact that when we picked up the car it was very clean. One minor point. When we were driving the car home we realized that someone never took off the dealer cardboard plate that was covering both the front and back MN license plates. Thanks for all you did.
