Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

Had my full maintenance service today . Came in about 7:30am dropped off my vehicle with Gary . He called me about 8:15am for recommendations which I approved and my vehicle was done about 10:30 am . Very efficient service department Gary was a delight to work with and all the other team member very friendly and attentive . Service managers greeted me with a smile on their faces . Valets and cashiers all happy . Had a very good experience . Customer service was 10 stars . Thank you for the great experience

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

I would give 10⭐️’s if I could!! JOHN the Sales Manager and Jose my Salesman-we’re OUTSTANDING from start to finish! Spoke to Jose when I called in last night to make sure I had the right place. I was looking for John, as someone close to me recommended seeing him. Jose and I spoke and I told him what I was looking for. Made plans to meet them at 3 today. Didn't even plan on buying, just looking. However after meeting John and Jose I felt like family already!!! Jose had the SUV ready when I got there and we drove it. I planned on selling my vehicle and not trading it in. And I had a potential buyer already lined up for tomorrow. They asked if they could look at my car that I came in and I agreed. They gave me such a good deal for my SUV trade-in, that I decided to trade it in and canceled the point of sale for tomorrow. I wasn’t even there for four hours and I walked out with a brand new 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid with only 5 miles on it. I hate car shopping and I actually brought somebody with me to do most of the talking because I hate it. I will no longer go to anywhere else to buy my vehicle from this point on. John and Jose really sealed the deal gave me such an amazing deal I could not walk away from it. If you’re looking to buy a car, this is a place you want to do it. Ask for Jose and John. I literally drove away crying because I was so happy of the experience I got, and the welcoming and Not push pushing me and haggling me. I even talked him down to what I wanted. I bought two vehicles from AutoNation and both of them were wonderful so far I’ve had no problems Mechanically, but I am thankful that I do regular maintenance with their Pleasantservice department to keep my car in safe and functional working order.

I was having trouble: new iPhone 15Pro would not sync. Also and issue with navigation. Richard could not have been nicer.....even went inside to tell them how good he was. They are lucky to have him working for them.

I brought my vehicle in as a first time customer. I was greeted immediately and my service manager, Hope introduced herself. She's great! From start to finish it was a smooth and easy experience. I was also connected with, Jesse who assisted me in my curiosity about the fully electric vehicle. We took a test drive and I was grateful for his abundant knowledge. The service guy, name James was great. Had a problem with my breaks he took me back to the mechanic who was going to work on it. (Joe the mechanic)They both Gave me a thorough explanation of the problem, which I thought was unique. Of course, they could have told me anything like “ Hey you need a new Johnson rod” I would have probably said ok. It was my second visit to Gettle service overall excellent experience.

Needed to have my daughters car repaired while away from home and found the team there at Gettel to be a perfect steward for that experience. Competent and personable. Much thanks

Dealership staff were extremely persuasive to encourage the prospective buyer to stop by for test drive.

I came to look at a used Toyota and I drove a hard bargain. The salesman Robert was very pleasant and not pushy and the finance staff worked with me to get to the numbers I needed. Anthony in secondary finance was honest and very personable. Buying a car can be a daunting and unpleasant experience but the price point was fair and I ended up with the vehicle I’ve always wanted. I would absolutely buy another car from them again!

Ask for Marcel; he is the best! He is amazing, and the process is really smooth. He goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth process and help as much as possible. This is my second car at Toyota Venice, and I leave everything in Marcel's hands. He is 100% highly recommended, and he speaks Spanish, too!
