Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

This was my first experience with an ?appointment? to test drive. But aside from my own awkwardness with that, it was very nice to have the salesman and car all set up for the drive. The salesman was very helpful and patient with my need to test all the features that the car came with. The financing department were knowledgeable and were able to get an even better rate than I expected to receive. Everyone allowed for a stress free encounter as possible. The salesforce did not display any predatory behaviors as I have experienced in the majority of my auto buying experiences. I was excited to learn about the process difference with the ?AutoNation? reduced prices. I would recommend this dealership for all of your dealership needs and I expect the service center to not disappoint.

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

Even in this difficult market they were able to get me hooked up with the vehicle of my dreams and at a highly competitive price. Super responsive and was able to get daily updates on the status of my vehicle. They were watching out for me every step of the way. I bought a used 4Runner from Findlay Spokane with Riley as my sales associate. I can't speak highly enough of the integrity the used car sales team has. After the sale an issue developed with the vehicle I bought that required some repair work not covered by the warrantee. I live about 400 miles away from the dealership so couldn't just bring it back there for the work. Trent and Luis worked with me throughout the process to get the issue resolved to my satisfaction. Great service guys! What you would expect from Toyota!

Cole our sales person was excellent! He went the extra mile to make buying a car a good experience and to get me a car I'd like. We had some electric trouble with the first car which I was ready to buy. Then he searched the lot for a hard to find car I had seen on-line. This was after a horrible experience earlier in the day at Dave Smith Nissan, so Cole saved my day and my attitude toward car dealers. I drove 130 miles to buy a car and wanted to drive one home, so his extra caring made a huge difference.
