New and used 2025 Toyota RAV4 SUVs for sale near Berwick, ME

Took longer than estimated, otherwise fine. This rating needi not be as demanding as it is. Next time i will refuse unless i have a complaint to make.

Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

They are very quick and upto the task. Like the way they treat the customers. Always good with Ira dealership. Just took appointment about 45 minutes ago and they are ready to take up the task on time. Great job

Purchasing the used pickup that I wanted was very easy at Rochester Toyota. There was no pressure, and friendly and efficient service. I had to come back a second day (because I wanted to get a certified check from the bank), and the dealership even drove 1/2 hour to my house to pick me up, so I could drive home in the pickup that day. Very nice!

He kept me informed of what work needed to be completed, he gave me an accurate prediction of the cost and the time I would be waiting for repair, and he made sure I knew how to reach him if I had questions on the progress of my vehicle. I was visiting my sister-in-law for a few days and was due for an oil change. I also had a slow leak in one of my tires. I dealt with Michael Avella in service who was extremely helpful to me. The service took as long as they estimated and everyone at the dealership was nice. I spent some time speaking with one of the salesman named Gill. We spoke about some of the new redesigns that are coming at the end of the year and start of 2026. Would I buy a new car or have my car serviced there again, absolutely!

Contacted them on a Saturday morning with some questions about an incentive program they were offering. Sales team got right back to me and after some back and forth I was up there by 11:00 to finalize the deal. This is the third vehicle we have bought from them and they are always super professional and not pushy like other dealers in the area. I don’t ever enjoy dropping a bunch of money on a car but their process is pretty stress free. Will be back there in a couple of years to figure out a used vehicle for my kid!

We really enjoyed working with Cole. He was very professional and we were impressed with his the Honda Fit we were interested in, even though they primarily sell Toyota's. Cole made sure that we test drove the vehicle in a variety of different terrains. It made us feel this was the vehicle that we really wanted. We also liked the fact that when we picked up the car it was very clean. One minor point. When we were driving the car home we realized that someone never took off the dealer cardboard plate that was covering both the front and back MN license plates. Thanks for all you did.
