Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

Salesman Steve Pevenstein is very responsive, this is a huge benefit for customers. His video mesaages are fun to watch. But if you want to do an internet deal finalize negotiation remotely, his management insisted I come in to get a final price, so this dealer did not get my business. Another dealer worked out a below MSRP deal and we are doing it all remotely, I only come to the dealer to pick up the car. I bought 2 Toyotas this way already, once from Warrenton Toyota and another from Bill Page.

We came into this dealership just wanting to try out cars; we ended up buying one. Along the way we met Will Butler, who kept us interested and focused even when I thought my companion was ready to bolt. I don't know what he had, but I'd love to bottle it and sell it. He kept my mobility-challenged sister comfortable and persisted through our issues with insurance. He made it work! The dealership itself is clean and modern and a relaxing vibe - soothing music, clean bathrooms, a massive contrast to another showroom we had seen. Gotta mention Stephanie who was a pro at using her cool gizmo to get through all the mind-numbing paperwork at the end. Did they keep the dealership open past close just to seal the deal? I think they did. And Will even mentioned calling DealDash if we wanted food. It all worked. Great job!

I bought a used car from this dealership several years ago and have been bringing my vehicle here for service ever since. I have it serviced approximately every six months and when I get it back from the shop, the car runs so much better every time. From beginning to end I have loved my experience. Henry was fabulous in handling my salde. He has a great de.eanor and was very patient. Vincent was superb in how swiftly he had the deal done and was very informative with the options offered. Brandon was super nice in answering my calls in requesting courtesy shuttle and made a point to meet me personally upon my arrival. Everyone else (I did not get their names) were super helpful. What stuck me was how professional the sales staff was and extremely nice, willing to make sure I had my needs met. I have not bought a car in 13 years and have always loathed the process. Great experience with Edwin helping get me into the exact vehicle I wanted, in the short timeline I had, with limited supply for RAV4 Hybrids in the trim I desired. I had all my questions answered before getting to the dealership all from my phone, so I was able to do a quick test drive before Sheikh helped me with financing to get an even better rate than Toyota's incentive offer and buy my new car. This time around, the maintenance service took under one hour...probably more like 45 minutes. Last time I was there, it took about 2 hours. Much faster this time around.
