Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

This dealership didn't push hard to get me to buy a higher priced vehicle or options. They stock basic models as well as models with extra options/packages. Other dealers only have models with add-on options/features in inventory. They had plenty of models to consider. They explained the differences and extras but didn't push or do a "hard sell." My salesperson was personable and got us answers to our questions quickly. He was not upset when we shifted from sedans to SUVs and back as we considered what vehicle might be right for us. He gave us a firm price quote via email before we went into the dealership. He disclosed all costs up front. That made working with him and this dealership a pleasant experience. Too often, we had others hide fees and withhold information. I think that it is a good reflection on their management. The dealership itself was not as noisy and chaotic as many.

I was impressed by the salesman, Dustin Yocum, and I was impressed by the speed in which my new car was ready to go after signing all the papers.

I purchased my vehicle on Thursday and was scheduled to pick it up Friday afternoon. Since the service department was slightly behind, the team kindly let me road test the car over the weekend. On Monday, I returned as planned, and the service department set up everything seamlessly — including a temporary loaner while my vehicle received final prep and detailing under the Wyler Assurance Plan. The entire process was smooth and professional. My sales rep, Andre Thomas, was phenomenal from start to finish. I couldn’t be more pleased. Matt was our salesman. He was so knowledgeable of all the Toyota vehicles we were looking at. He was also very kind - no pressure (which I love).
