This dealership is fantastic!! Highly recommend it. Honest, straightforward and not pushy. I learned that it is a family run business that goes way back and it shows. I recently purchased a toyota highlander with Beth. Despite this crazy pandemic time of trying to buy a car, she made the process so easy and straightforward and I loved working with her. The dealership fees are not high either compared with many others. Also, I noticed that the dealership greats great service reviews which is highly unusual as well! This was my first time there, but I plan to be a loyal customer to Beth and McDonough!! Great job on standing out in the crowd - it is very rare to find any dealerships like this nowadays - unfortunately. Thank you! Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

Mark was very helpful. I was not able to get to the dealership, he helped me complete the process remotely and he delivered the car to me when it was ready.

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

Had my 2015 Avalon in to have the engine coolant replaced. Was there about an hour. Very smooth transaction and service rep Edgardo was very helpful and courteous. He brought to my attention that the service department gives a senior discount. Was not aware of that discount. Was much appreciated. Only let Steven Toyota service my car. Bought the car new so I also get my state inspection for free. Service tech sent a short video of my car and went over his inspection and everything was good.

All aspects of buying a used car at Steven Toyota were a good experience. Brian Morrison showed us every vehicle in which we had an interest. He also shared their sources of pricing and listened to all the info we obtained from AI searches.
