Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

Let me just say, this was the most pleasant dealership I have ever experienced! My salesman, Cory, was so nice, and was honest with me!Truly the most different experience I have had buying a vehicle, this dealer has earned my business and respect! I chose this dealer because the Toyota dealer in Greer disappointed me more than once. I was greeted at my car within 5 minutes by Jesse R., who answered all my questions, and pointed me to the customer lounge. The lounge was very large, comfortable, with places of quiet, and places to work with a laptop. The coffee machine wasn't working when I first got there, but it was repaired and then I had a cup of coffee. Jesse took care of bill, and brought my car around for me. I will go back to this dealer for service.

The dealership is great with superior service. They always go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. They never try to push repair work on the customer.

I was checked in for scheduled oil and filter change promptly. I was kept apprised of service progress and the multi-point inspection. I was informed when our Toyota was ready for pickup. Pickup was easy and not delayed or dragged out. No repairs were necessary.

Hello, Steve in service was awesome I was having a problem with my battery in Pendleton I headed toward the Lexus dealer in Greenvile , it was almost 4:00 PM, I CALLED Steve on my way and told him my problem and that I was coming hoping to make it be 4:30, I did, Steve was waiting for me and took the Lexus SUV 350 straight back to the mechanics and before I got comfortable in the lounge he told me it was the battery and the cables, I agreed to fix it right then and they were finished with the repair plus vacuum and washed the car. Paid Steve and I was on my way home by like 5:15/5:30. Steve was great and I was thrilled with the service he gave me and the warranty. Thank you so much especially being a widow it’s so nice to have dependable people like Steve and Lexus of Greenville to help me. I won’t use anyone else and will recommend you.
