Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

My wife and I recently purchased a new Sienna, which we enjoy driving. Last week I brought it to Byers for scheduled service since we are planning on a driving trip to visit relatives in other states. Byers has earned our trust over the years - I used to bring in a Corolla for all required service and got over 360000 miles out of that car!

They are efficient and knowledgeable. I know I will always be taken care of here—no worries! Having a rental car for $10 a day while my car is in service is above and beyond.

Recently bought a new RAV4 from Tony. We really hesitated, a huge decision. Working with Tony was awesome! We had previously purchased cars from John Williams, who recently retired. Tony’s personality was a perfect match for us. I would highly recommend working with him! And Gary in finance…wow, what an easy experience that was! We had a trade-in plus cash and it was a no-brainer. He was not pushy with extended warranty and assured us we can buy that in a few months once our finances are better. Just bought a Woodlands RAV4 from Toyota Direct. It's awesome. Traded a Genesis GV70 for it because I hated it. :0 Jimmy Palmer was our salesman. He's great. If you're looking to buy a new car, check him out. He'll treat you right!!

We came in asking about a Toyota Corolla and salesman Mike Bunders was helpful. When we said thanks he did NOT pressure us, which is VERY important to me. After looking around the other automall dealers we decided the Corolla was it for us and came back to see Mike. He could not have kept things simpler. We were paying cash and agreed to pick up the car the following Tuesday. We came in, Mike had the car all ready to go, we filled out the paperwork, Mike gave us a tour of the car details, and we headed on our way in our new car. Again, couldn't have been simpler.

Z was very friendly and helpful. He was not pushy and helped me make an informative decision on which vehicle I liked the best. The guys in finance were friendly and helpful as well. Would highly recommend.
