Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

I appreciate the low pressure and honesty of this dealership! I was really taken advantage of by a different local Toyota dealer and refuse to do business them anymore. So, I called Falmouth Toyota to see if there was any way they could help get me out of my bad lease and into the vehicle I had originally wanted. They were quick to respond and gave me honest information. Unfortunately, I am stuck with my vehicle for another year or so but I am really looking forward to purchasing my next vehicle from Falmouth Toyota! The staff is always wonderful and very professional. I never have to wait over an hour. If I have an issue they always try to squeeze me in the same day or the next. I would highly recommend going to Falmouth Toyota.

The service was comprehensive and excellent. I was waiting on the minute. I arrived and was waited on immediately. During the time I was waiting for my service to be completed, I was kept up-to-date on any issues with the service.

I was out looking for a new Highlander Hybrid and decided to try Falmouth Toyota. 3 years ago I bought a certified Highlander from High and it was a nightmare when they cornered me in the back office. I met Brian who said I would have to get on a long list because they were in such demand. Someone dropped off the list and he found me one in a little more than a month. No pressure and they kept me informed as to where it was in transit and they never asked for a dime until it was delivered and I picked it up. The sales manager and business manager was also great to deal with. I had service with my 2018 Highlander and the service department is the best.

Fine two hours for 20,000 miles service, comfortable seating in the waiting area. More magazines would be good lol. I think you expect too much in this review section I gave you a high star rating. I thought that was good enough. I will continue to use you as a dealership and service for my RAV4. Thank you.
