I wanted to say thank you to the great staff at St. Charles Toyota. Our sales person, Bob Pearson was great. He was very attentive and was able to keep us in the information loop about about our Toyota and the needed steps to complete our purchase of the vehicle. He is a true asset to the St. Charles Toyota team. Also, Joe Mahoney, the Pre-Owned Manager and Darrick ​Darrick Wiseman, the Finance person were attentive and excellent. One of the best buying experiences in purchasing cars over the past 30 years.

Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

They called promptly and gave me information about the car but unfortunately this car wasn't eligible for a tax credit.

An overall great service experience when ever my out of warranty Lexus needs service. Comfortable and clean lounge areas with plush chairs for waiting and plenty of connections for laptops or phones if you need to do some work while waiting. I always work with Darryl who does an exceptional job for me. He’s very professional as well as being personable. I am very happy to give a 5 star review to Continental Toyota for my recent purchase. My salesman Max kept me updated weekly on the arrival window of my vehicle. He secured the deal with a knowledgeable but very low pressure approach which I greatly appreciated. That isn’t always the case as a female shopping for a car. The paperwork went smoothly with Chris in the finance dept. With so many new features to learn, Max assured me he would always be available to answer questions as they popped up.
