Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

Overall my experience was good I had Toyotas for a while and I am satisfy so far The location is convenient but right now with the construction the place is a mess

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

After several unsatisfactory service visits, Brian Hopper made up for all of it. Incredibly friendly, professional, showed genuine concern and very energetic. Very happy we were lucky to have him handle our service issues. Would definitely go back just because of Mr. Hopper!

Rob Comstock has been an excellent help to us in regards to our new car purchase (both of them). We are very pleased with our new Rav4. We cannot thank everyone at Gullo enough for helping us exchange the Prius we originally purchased (which it turned out was not the right car for us) for the Rav4. We went to Gullo because your on line customer service rating was four and a half stars. I am so glad we did. I'm not sure any other dealer would have been willing to exchange cars after purchase just to make a very short old lady feel comfortable and save while driving. Purchased a used Prius from Joel and Phillip and my experience was excellent. If I had concerns or questions about my purchase they were expertly and promptly addressed. The finance department was thoughtful, courteous and took time to explain all my financing options. Worth the 250 mile drive to find the exact Prius I was looking for. Thank you to all departments for going the extra mile and making my experience easy and taking good care of me.

After several call dealer agreed to replace damaged mirror. Finally got results.Thanks Paula Box. Will be driving to Conroe to get new mirror soon i hope

Long wait but VERY helpful. Ernest Umana was so patient and very helpful with my questions. He made sure I could call or Cooke back with any questions. The facilities were going through renovations.

I had a really good experience today with Nilson and Flo! This was my first time ever getting a service done with Toyota and the staff and service went above my expectations. The whole process and the staff were very transparent about the cost and maintenance of my vehicle. Additionally every employee that I spoke with from the individual that checked me in for my service to the very end at check out was extremely kind!
