Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

Had an appointment said it would take a hour to a hour and a half, but done in 30 minutes. Great service. Quick. Had coffee and donuts.

Just traded in our 2018 Highlander for a 2022 Highlander. Had some difficulties due to our work schedules, but Stephanie M was extremely helpful and made it all very easy. She even took time out and rescheduled an outside appointment to help us. Very helpful. Will go back again

I bought a 2023 Tundra TRD OR pickup this past weekend. I drove over 4 hours to make this purchase and everything from my first call to driving off the lot was remarkable! My salesman, Roger S was very personable and took the time to make sure everything was ready when I arrived. I was in and out in less than an hour and back on the road to head home. Highly recommend Jared Jones to supervise your auto repair needs. He is very knowledgeable, cares about your needs and ready to explain what iyour immediate needs are and won't try to repair something that doesn't need it. He is friendly, good listener, attentive, treats you like family all the whike being very professional.

I had a great experience buying a new car! I was incredibly stressed out when I realized that I needed to enter the car buying arena again after 10 years. I was able to send information via email to Roger Salmeron to request the best out the door price and he rose to the challenge. He then introduced me to Willie back in the finance room who worked with me to get the things I wanted for my new cars warranty. If you need a new vehicle I would suggest getting to San Marcos Toyota and asking for Roger!

As usual was greeted prompted by courteous employees and had my car service in a timely manner ?price was as quoted and I was on my way!

My wife and I purchased a used vehicle for our daughter from Poliana. She was very helpful and great to deal with. Unfortunately we had to return the vehicle under the 5day, 250 mile guarantee. I thought it would be a terrible process, but I was wrong. They took it back without any issue. Even gave me a credit for a second key we had to purchase separately. We went to a few other dealers in town and after dealing with other untrustworthy dealers in town we returned to Poliana and bought a different vehicle for our daughter and traded in our old vehicle for a new Toyota Crown. Poliana is the best! Will definitely be working with her and Auto Nation Toyota again.

They picked me up for the repairs and picked me up to pick up my car again. Personnel were very kind. Waiting area was clean.
