Used Toyota RAV4 LE for sale near River Oaks, TX

I went in with the intention of buying a car, I wanted to get a used but good car from the lot. I was trying to test drive some vehicles but the employee insisted we talk numbers first, that was a bit annoying but i could live with it. Over all the trip was ok and i learned a lot about financing.

Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

I had made a previous trip to Shottenkirk Toyota on September 12th and met with salesman, Brendon Powell. I had wanted to trade in a Nissan Titan and after discovering that truck had issues, Brendon had to tell me that they could not make a trade, it was tough on him but at least he was truthful. I made my next trip to Shottenkirk on September the 19th with another vehicle to trade in on a Toyota Tundra and I made appointment with Brendon Powell again. This was a good choice since he knew all the information from before. Brendon worked extremely hard to have the vehicle I had pick out work but with my previous new Titan hanging over me he was having issues making financials meeting my demand. Brendon continued to work on my case and brought in Danielle from finance to assist me, while Danielle was explaining me details she received a call, and said she had good news, a truck had arrived that was not listed and that truck would fit my budget!! I would like to commend both Brendon and Danielle because they listened and worked with me to find a truck that would fit my budget and my needs. I have been let down by Nissan with a lemon truck but Shottenkirk redeamed my faith in dealerships and I left with a new Tundra that without those two working together I would have never achieved.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

2022 Toyota RAV4 LE. I purchased this SUV new in 2022. It is the second RAV4 in our family of two. My wife purchased her 2018 RAV4 Hybrid limited new in 2018. She has depended on and enjoyed her SUV for 4 years now. Her experience influenced my decisions to buy a Toyota RAV4.

My experience with Jasmine Acoff was great, she's so personable. She greeted me with a warm smile and was attentive to my concerns with my car battery. Post services, she ensured that I was satisfied with services rendered.

I love my Rav4. It's not only fun to drive but is a sharp looking vehicle. It has plenty of room for passengers as well as our 2 dogs.

I approached buying my Miata with usual fear and trepidation... price was a concern... I didn't want to part with my 2001, yet thought it was time. Lori was very patient and relaxed. At one point I decided not to buy and she, without argument, placed it back on inventory. Also, at other points I'd dealt with Mark and Luke, co-workers with Lori--all cooperated with each other in a very professional and friendly spirit. I had two issues under 30 day warrantee--I was given a loaner car and was called in 1/2 day that car was ready! Location is a problem, gps a necessity for someone new to Dallas. I can now find it after 8 or so visits, but laugh when I finally do get there each time. I'll probably return for service, as I have a warrantee contract, though it allows me to go elsewhere. I feel I have some real and honest friends there, a good experience.

Overall, the RAV4 is a great car for commuting, families of four, and space. The RAV4 is the best when it comes to reliability. The RAV4 is very spacious in the second row and the trunk and the car offers comfortable seats. The RAV4 gets okay fuel economy but it does do decent in the snow. However there are some things that it lacks. The RAV4's navigation system is very frustrating to use, just use google maps instead. The RAV4's interior quality is not that great either, there are tons of fake buttons and plastic throughout the interior, but no one who buys a RAV4 cares about the interior. The RAV4 has decent styling, but it is not as stylish as the Mazda CX-5. The RAV4 only has 1 engine option, but does not feel underpowered. The RAV4 also doesn't have a very quiet or comfortable ride. Even though the seats are comfortable, the ride is loud and the inside rattles frequently. If you don't care about luxury and want a practical, reliable car, the RAV4 is perfect.

Beautiful, well running car. Excellent mileage, quiet, with comfortable ride. Lots of advanced safety features. I miss the CD player, and radio is too complicated—user friendliness could be better.

I had a good sales man that made me buy the cars. He followed up and offered discount, and the electronic paperwork was easy and time saving, which was great.

My family has always been devoted and loyal Toyota owners for years. My dad had a Celica and a Corolla. My Aunt had three Camrys back to back 1999 LE Gold Edition, 2004 XLE , 2007 XLE and her daughter my cousin had Camrys as well and a black Camry Solara SLE V6. My sister today has a Corolla and so does my cousin. My Uncle has an Avalon. Toyota loyalty runs deep in our family. They have never let us down. The RAV4 is no exception from the Camrys and the Corollas. We had a 21 Camry LE that we bought new and eventually upgraded to the 22 RAV4 XLE. Loved the Camry also. The quality, reliability, resale value, and value you get of a Toyota is unbeatable! You just cannot go wrong with buying any Toyota.

I purchased a new 21 Limited with the Advanced Tech package And Limited Grade All Weather package. Its very very loud under acceleration. The highway pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable. I have a bad back the seats are fantastic and I have a bad back they are great on long trips. Constantly Averaging 28mpg it’s dependable and I know it will hold its value.

Not outstanding in any single category other than reliability, but rock solid overall. It's a rides nice, has a functional interior, looks good, and performs well. Certainly no negatives. The gas mileage has been 30+ overall and 35+ on the highway if driven at the typical speed limits. The only annoying feature is the auto engine off that has to be manually turned off with every start.

I’ve had this SUV for 1 1/2 years. I love it! Is is fun and easy to drive. It is comfortable and has adequate space for 4 passengers. We sometimes haul 5, but the backseat gets tight for that. Mine is getting approximately 29 mpg on midgrade fuel. Love the pushbutton start, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, controls on steering wheel, rear hatch open and shut buttons, hands free talk, and huge display screen. Toyota could do better with the door handle touch to lock and unlock. Mine don’t work as well as expected. It also has a very annoying ding to warn when the roads may be icy that we apparently cannot turn off. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on performance due to acceleration rate. It makes big noise like it’s going somewhere, but doesn’t really accelerate exceptionally well. It also shifts oddly sometimes. I notice it mostly when you slow down, but don’t stop ( think yield sign). It will jerk pretty hard when you accelerate from low speed. Overall it is a great little SUV with many bells and whistles for it’s price point. It feels very safe and reliable.

A little too big for myself but I love this car. I had a used Rav4 before, drove about 10 years, loved it. Also I was able to sell it pretty high price ($4,500) comparing the year and the mileage (over 200,0000 miles). So that is one of the reason why I bought Rav4 again.

My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!

I've have a Rav 4 premium wich was purchased in feb2021.ive had zero problems and the car accelerates like a rx350 which I cannot understand where people want to tell you the car is slow . the car was purchased because of extreme back problems which I am on disabled for.the car does everything as well as my dad's girlfriend's 2017 Rx 350.the gas mileage is amazing.

I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. I want to put out a great thanks to service advisor Jeff McDowell. He has went above and beyond to give us the most exceptional extraordinary automotive service we have ever had. After receiving a bad oil change from Walmart my Toyota Prius engine blew. It was an 07' but only had about 70k miles on it. Getting Walmart to finance the repair was the worst, they did so many maneuvers and tacktets to avoid financing the repair, despite fault, but we were so blessed to have Jeff McDowell advocate for us and it was his persistence that really made it possible to get everything we needed to be safe on the road. When Walmart tried to short us by providing only partial payment for the damage they did to our car Jeff McDowell and the service director Jeff McGarr of Toyota of Fort Worth looked out for us and were even kind enough to waive much of the labor cost to get us rolling again. My Prius is an 07' so they ended up replacing the engine, hybrid battery, some oxygen sensors, hoses, and even a faulty headlight to restore it to perfect condition. It runs like brand new now and I am pleased to pass it down to our teen student as reliable transportation. I am so impressed by the service of our advisor Jeff McDowell, he made the process so simple and easy for us, we were so lucky to have him managing our case,  by the end of it all he literally had our cell number memorized from putting in so much time and effort on our case so he deserves a trophy for that alone and truly everyone on service Director Jeff McGarr's whole team were amazing. Toyota of Fort Worth is like no other. They are an honest caring group that go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Everyone from repair techs, management, administration, and everyone in between, from start to finish were so professional, did a wonderful job, and they all worked so hard for us. We were treated like family and I know I can trust them to be honest, work hard, and do great work at fair prices. Even if there are better prices out there I will never again waste my time trusting anyone else but Toyota of Fort Worth for all my car maintenance and repair needs. Amazing performance for a 4 cylinder. First time I ever owned something without a V8, and I am impressed. Good handling. great interior and very comfortable. Good MPG also.
