Sales guy Parvez Islam is so Awesome. He made the whole process from finding the car I wanted to delivery within a few days and set up the whole car experience in the Toyota App before I left. It was smooth and simple and He is just the best! Also the finance guy was so knowledgeable of everything and has a super cool office. He was fast and thorough and very kind.

Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

After purchase I immediately took the car on an 800 mile road trip. It is much more comfortable and rides more smoothly than our older RAV4 and had plenty of pep for highway driving. Averaged over 37 MPG at highway speed of 70-80 MPH. Would have liked a power hatchback but overall I’m very satisfied with the options that came with it as an LE model.

Found The used truck that I wanted. Filled out there Online Credit App. The following day I was contacted and they ask if I was Ready to move forward later that day I was approved. My score was so so but they still got me a good rate. I asked them if they would deliver the truck to me. no problem.Blake Willmore Internet sales came to my home.All paper work was in order so it only took 30 min. The truck was professionally detailed.even the engine Compartment.I had a small issue which was quickly Resolved.I never stepped foot on there Lot. I purchased a truck from the comfort of my home. No pressure no bait and switch no BS they earn your business.I live 5 miles from a ford Dealership they didn’t want to be bothered.I found Veterans ford in Tampa to be very accommodating very professional. Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

I especially appreciated the transparency?there was no pressure or upselling, just a clear focus on what my vehicle needed. The communication throughout the service was top-notch; I received a text update and a detailed video inspection from the technician, which gave me incredible peace of mind. The waiting lounge was immaculate and comfortable, but I barely had time to enjoy it as my vehicle was ready right on schedule. I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.
