Great car with good quality. Like all cars today, the price has escalated to make it almost unaffordable. And in Jan 2023 when there was an inventory shortage we were forced to pay an extra $7k for extra dealer installed options that we didn't really need. Its really just a high profit margin package to increase their profit. But we needed a car then and still had to wait for 4 1/2 months to get one.

I went to Team Toyota first to look at vehicles because of their great selection they had, I found a nice used Rav at a great price and purchased it with the help of Rick.

If you are looking for an excellent, reliable crossover, the RAV4 is it. Also like the hybrid, as it is a major move toward eco-friendliness, getting great gas mileage

We like the dealership, everyone is very nice, and makes us feel really comfortable. We went in for a routine oil change this time, and then we met Hud Musa, he was so nice and kind, and showed us a car we just couldn't pass us. We ending up driving the new car home that day! It was so much fun , Thanks Hud, for everything and showing me how to use my phone and maps in this new car.

Excellent AWD Hybrid. So far getting at least 46 MPG. Seats could use a little more support. Outside of that, vehicle is all you could ask.

I bought a 23 RAV4 SE hybrid. It gets no lie 45 mpg in town. Live in Grand Junction Co. Got it at Western slope Toyota, a great place to buy your Toyota. Anyway, It,s a great Suv for the money. I would never go back to a just gasoline engine car.

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. As someone with experience in the industry, I know that the service advisor is the last person we wanna talk to. It's because when we're put in a situation when we need to talk to them, something is wrong with our car, something is not going right, and of course its gonna cost money. Everyone always gives the service advisor crap. The customer, the warranty companies, even the service advisor's coworkers. Most of the time, when I meet a service advisor from any establishment, they look like what I would expect. Dead inside, worn out, mentally and physically burnt out. TJ was very bright and happy. He was straight to the point while being kind and professional. I know his job is difficult, but he still put on a smile and helped me understand my car and its needs. Im more experienced with American makes so his explanation of the recommended services were very useful. TJ did not try to up sell me on anything and he understood my financial situation without me having to go into my personal details. Overall my experience was great. It may be because I understand the ins and outs of how servicer advisors, technicians, and the service department work. I feel if I had not known anything at all, like most, I would have still been comfortable and appreciative of the services I received.
