This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

I?ve been taking my 2003 Tacoma prerunner to Toyota service since 2003 . Every time I go it great, all the service managers are nice and friendly. My service manager Edwin is a great manager. He understands everything that has come up on my truck. I?ve never had any issues with there service and if they find anything wrong they let me know and if it needs immediate repair or it needs to be addressed on my next service appointment. SHE STATED I NEEDED ALL 4 OF MY TIRE SENSORS CHANGED AND WHEN I TOLD HER I ALREADY HAD THE 2 BACK ONE CHANGED, SHE STATED, WELL THEY ARE FAULTY, THE COMPANY GAVE YOU BAD SENSORS. I FELT AS A BUSINESS THAT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF HER TO SAY BAD THING ABOUT ANOTHER COMPANY. WHEN I WAS ALREADY TOLD IT IS ONLY MY 2 FRONT SENSORS THAT NEEDED TO BE CHANGED. I KNOW YOUR BUSINESS MAYBE SHORT OF MONEY, BUT TO TELL A CUSTOMER BAD ALLEGATIONS ABOUT ANOTHER BUSINESS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS. I HAVE DEALT WITH BUENA PARK TOYOTA FOR MANY YEARS AND NEVER HAD BAD EXPERIENCE LIKE I DID WITH HER. SHE IS TOO PUSHY TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS TO TRY AND GET A SELL, AND AT THIS POINT I DON'T THINK I WILL COME BACK. IF A CUSTOMER IS TELLING YOU ALL THEY WANT IS AN OIL CHANGE, LEAVE IT AT THAT AND JUST TELL THEM WHAT THE MECHANIC STATED AND NOT TRY AND FORCE THEM INTO DOING ANYTHING THEY ALREADY TOLD YOU MORE THAN TWICE THEY WASN'T GOING TO DO ON THAT DATE. WHEN I LEFT THERE ON MONDAY, JULY 22, 2025 AT 907AM. I WAS VERY UPSET WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICES I RECIEVED.
