It is not a really bad car but not for everyone. You have to live in warm or hot climate - not a cold for sure. You have to primarily drive within the city limits. You should not drive too little or too much. And one more thing: there is something wrong with either gas engine or its mount - sometimes strong vibration and its is often noisy. I will buy gas only car next time.

I dealt with Ali he gave me one of the best quote in the nation! He was so great and professional. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.

This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

I saw on Facebook that Toyota of Bowie was getting in the Highlander I was looking for so I contacted them and they weee red able to get me the exact car I was looking for when no one else had them available.

Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

We could not have had a better experience with Chris Ogene! Chris is different from other car dealers, as he is not only selling you a car, but prides himself on catering your experience to being as positive and easy as possible. Chris listened to our wants and budget, and was sure to suggest and carefully curate the best options, but never forced or rushed us in any direction. Service manager Oscar at Koons Arlington Toyota tried to find a way to save me money by replacing just a rearview mirror cover instead of the whole mirror. My experience with this dealership was so great . I had an appointment with Mike Davis I came in to do a trade in with my old vehicle because it so messed up . Mike Davis was very patient & took the time to make sure that I left out there in the perfect vehicle . I highly recommend that if you go to passport in marlow heights please see Mike Davis he will make sure all of your needs are taken care of & he will make sure you leave with a smile on your face .
