This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

I was treated like a King, the Hospitality I received was the best I ever received from any dealership anywhere in the world. Mayumi Julian is simply the best in customers service. Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

Shopped online. Easy straight forward. Lowest prices around and by far the nicest people. Will buy next time we need a car. We love Cabe!

At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

I had 25,000 miles service at Toyota Nation Irvine. Ms. Amanda Baker is very nice and professional; she answered all my questions and provided me the excellent service.

Dustin DeLeon is a man of his word and he provided me with the best customer service. I took my car in with an unknown electrical problem and he put his best Master Tech on it. It took them a couple days to track the problem and they solved the issue for the original price discussed. Because of Dustin I will buy all my future Toyotas from Larry H. Miller Toyota.
