This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

It was a Pleasure working with my service advisor Ramiro. Attentive and knowledgeable. He made sure to communicate with me throughout the entire process and make sure that I was satisfied before I left the dealership.

Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

Love Tustin Toyota. Have been dealing with them since the year 2000 and would not go elsewhere for all my car services. Keep up the great work!

At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

Kurt was professional and provide excellent customer service. All questions were addressed satisfactorily and the car was serviced and on time as promised.

Brayan was able to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. Made the process super easy and fast.

Gilbert is great so helpful to both my sister and I. I love how they greet you when you firet pull up.The service manager is very friendly and helpful if you need him.
