New and used 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XLE for sale near Rodeo, CA

I have been going to Toyota Vallejo for ALL of my cars over the past 24 years. Great service, great people, and great DEALS!!

It is not a really bad car but not for everyone. You have to live in warm or hot climate - not a cold for sure. You have to primarily drive within the city limits. You should not drive too little or too much. And one more thing: there is something wrong with either gas engine or its mount - sometimes strong vibration and its is often noisy. I will buy gas only car next time.

This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

It could not have been easier to buy my car. I searched and found the car on cars.com, clicked check availability, and in a short time, I heard from Laura who was awesome. I went to Antioch Toyota and after seeing the car in person, was on a test drive in no time. We arrived back at the dealership, filled out the paperwork. Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish! I had a fantastic experience with Toyota Vallejo and their team. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful—no pushy sales person or tactics or gimmicks. They were willing to help me find the right deal for the Prius Prime I wanted to buy. The process was smooth from start to finish. The sales manager, Andrew, explained every step clearly and worked with me to find deal that fit my budget. The car was detailed, gassed up, and came sooner than I expected. It’s not often that car buying feels easy and stress-free, but this dealership made it happen. My service advisor Jennifer Simmons is GREAT at her job!!! Without her I don't think I would have received the level of service that I did. She was instrumental in getting the previous dealership (Lithia Toyota) to do the repairs that needed to get done in order to pass smog as well as Lithia paying for the repairs.
