The whole experience was easy and pleasant. Vinnie Jhaj found the exact Camry that I wanted, even though they are hard to find. He reserved it for me and was responsive when I request delivery status. When I came to purchase and take home the car, Vinnie showed me some of the features and connected my iPhone. Sam was easy to work with also and did not pressure me to buy a lot of extras.

Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

I have been looking at dealerships for a while so on my fifth time, I basically lowered my expections. It turned out so well because out of all the salesrep I talked to and explained my unusual situation, Drake Stenberg was the only one who went overboard, had been extremely helpful and overall fantastic. We made every transactions (except the final signing) through email, text and calls. Of course I also did my part and research what I can about the car I'm buying, prepared everything i might need and also ask questions if I'm unsure of anything. When we were ready to seal the deal, I told him I can not go to onetoyota until the next day because I have a toddler and I live quite far. Drake then offered to deliver the car to my house instead so we can wrap things up. It was such a great idea because I honestly don't want to drive all the way to oakland and then drive back home. It was such a delightful experience, my car looks great and I am extremely happy and satisfied with the whole transaction.

At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

I did the pre-approval through CapitalOne, called to verify the car I wanted was still available, Mini 2012. Spoke with Louis, and met with him 30 minutes before closing. The car I was approved for was not available in a manual transmission, however he did have a similar model slightly older but in great shape. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 20 minutes. He was thorough, and even dropped the price and gave me better financing options than I expected. I highly recommend Louis of Oakland Toyota. He is fair, efficient, and works in the best interest of his customer.

Fantastic Experience!!!! Just bought a 2014 Toyota Tacoma there on5/6/17, and was very impressed by the whole entire experience. First I was greeted by a very nice young woman before entering and then I met Drake who was my salesperson helping me the entire time. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and he explained everything clearly and answered all my concerns and questions. I would have no problem referring anyone to them looking to buy a great car. He was extremely helpful in addressing all my concerns about purchasing a used vehicle from the One Toyota dealership, went through the quote thoroughly without hassle, was excellent in keeping in contact with me throughout the process, and made me aware of additional warranties and issues that other dealerships never offered to help allay some of my concerns when purchasing a used vehicle. I would highly recommend asking for Hector Gonzales if you are purchasing a vehicle from their lot for his excellent customer service and professional demeanor.

I found out I had a flat tire on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. Magnussen?s fitted me into the schedule although technically they had no open time. My tires were badly worn, it turned out, so I needed to buy 4. There was a great sale on tires so I got a very good deal. Everyone was helpful and competent and I was home soon -ready and safe to drive on the weekend. Thank you all.

Getting a response from a manager is futile. Very disappointed as I have repeatedly asked for one to look into transactional problem and was told someone would get back to me within a few days, but that has yet to happen. NO EXCUSE!

Tran was the technician working on my car was he was excellent at communicating with me on the status of the parts for my car and staying in touch with me throughout the process. I just got my car back, so I really can?t say how the car is running. But I?m sure it will be fine.
