New and used 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid for sale near Bladensburg, MD

I have bought 2 cars from SHELOR Subaru and I will never buy a car from any place else. The purchase experience is seamlessly put together by an extremely professional team. But the top reason I will return for my next car is the service department. Casey has been my service consultant and always treats me with respect, explaining what my car needs and takes all the time I need to ask questions. When the car is ready he gives me a detailed account of what was done, allows time for questions and tells me he looks forward to seeing me at my next service appointment. I live in Roanoke but drive to Christiansburg because of him and the first rate staff.

This is a great car. The hybrid drivetrain has already saved me over 30% on gas in a few months of ownership. With the xle model I purchased I have noticed the sound dampening is not as good as my older model 2013 rav4 non hybrid but with no engine noise either makes the outside noise more noticeable. The seating space up front is a little more tighter but not bad. My one gripe is the gas pedal is hinged to the floor so the floor mats do not go all the way to the top and leave the carpet exposed. I would still 100% recommend the car. Just watch out for some dealerships who are just out to make your purchase difficult.

It is not a really bad car but not for everyone. You have to live in warm or hot climate - not a cold for sure. You have to primarily drive within the city limits. You should not drive too little or too much. And one more thing: there is something wrong with either gas engine or its mount - sometimes strong vibration and its is often noisy. I will buy gas only car next time.

This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

I was looking to buy a new vehicle and Sam Thurman was amazing to work with. He was knowledgeable and professional. I have been back with questions and he has been kind and helpful. Next time we need a vehicle we will be back to have Sam help us. The financer that we worked with was not professional as we felt very pressured.

Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

The welcomer is so welcoming. The service man listened carefully, kept me informed, and helped me make some decisions with pertinent info. Treated me, an 85 year old lady, with respect. That in itself is worthy if praise.

This service department is the best on the West coast of Florida. I’m always given an appointment that works with my schedule and the service is provided in a timely manner. Anne my service advisor is very knowledgeable and has taught me so much. I’m a better owner for her sharing the information that helps me understand how my car works. The team that actually do the service are well trained. My car has 180k miles and with this service department team I feel certain I’ll get another 150k out of it.

I had previously dealt with Daytona Toyota in 2021 and already had nothing but praise from my experience then. This latest experience, however, has truly raised the bar. Great experience buying my first car at Longo Toyota in El Monte. Was helped out by Simon and Brandon they are the best ! they explain everything to you and are not shady like other places. I Will no longer go to small used car dealerships that have only been bad experiences for me, and they overcharge. Mason's customer service skills were impeccable today I have visited this service department many times before and out of all the visits and service repair staff, he did the best job. He came to check in with me multiple times throughout my wait and for that I am grateful. Waiting for two hours is not easy, especially when normally no one updates you on the process. That was not the case today and it called for a great experience. I am grateful.

The Sales Person I dealt with in AutoNation Irvine was excellent. He went above and beyond in making sure I had all my concerns covered. He even called me two days later to make sure I am happy with my purchase. The one thing that was disappointing is the car I purchased came with one key, I asked for the second but the sales manager and the finance lady didn't want to give me that. I don't understand why they don't make one and keep the customer happy. They make a big deal of creating a copy of the key although it is not really that big for a dealership like AutoNation

I had a very pleasant experience at McGrath Toyota because of my Service Rep Evan. Not only was he personable and friendly, Evan also had infinite kindness, patience and understanding. I will definitely be back, because even though Dealerships are usually more expensive, the stellar customer service that Evan displayed is absolutely priceless and makes it all worth it. All Dealerships and mechanics offer the same things-- part and repairs-- the one and only difference being customer service, the way a person is treated, and Evan of McGrath Toyota just won his team the first place trophy.
