New and used 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid for sale near Darnestown, MD

My experience with this dealership was so great . I had an appointment with Mike Davis I came in to do a trade in with my old vehicle because it so messed up . Mike Davis was very patient & took the time to make sure that I left out there in the perfect vehicle . I highly recommend that if you go to passport in marlow heights please see Mike Davis he will make sure all of your needs are taken care of & he will make sure you leave with a smile on your face . Discovered my sunroof was leaking badly on a very rainy day, the interior of my car was getting soaked. Not only did they make time to fix it the same day, they let me come early and parked it in their garage until they could get to it. Could not have been better service.

At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

Nasir my sales rep was attentive from start to finish. We encountered unforeseen issues that almost cause me to throw towel in but he would not let up. We appreciate all the hard work put in by Nasir and I am enjoying my Rav4, thanks again.

My salesperson was Aydin Abbasov and he did a wonderful job with everything. I flu out of Syracuse at 6am and arrived in the Washington VA airport (IAD) at 7:35am where Aydin picked me up before the dealership even opened for the day. By 10:30am I was on the road for my 7hr return trip back home to NY with my new '25 Tacoma Sport.
