It is not a really bad car but not for everyone. You have to live in warm or hot climate - not a cold for sure. You have to primarily drive within the city limits. You should not drive too little or too much. And one more thing: there is something wrong with either gas engine or its mount - sometimes strong vibration and its is often noisy. I will buy gas only car next time.

This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

I bought a 2012 Prius V from McGee. It had low mileage and was cosmetically in great condition inside and out. My sales person was very friendly and easy to work with, though not having many details about the car. I noted two items I wanted addressed before getting the car, and understood that one item likely wouldn’t be fixed as it was cosmetic and would be labor intensive to repair. I was fine with that. When i received the car I discovered that’s the defroster and several other buttons on the climate control weren’t working. Living in northern VT, that was a major concern for me. It took several conversations with several folks at McGee before we reached a resolution. The important thing for me was that they continued to talk as long as they felt I had a credible concern, and helped fund a reasonable solution. I have learned a lot in the process. And I’m happy with my car, which is being repaired later this week. You can tell a lot about a company by how they engage when there’s a problem. I’m very happy with my experience at McGee! Highly recommended!

At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

Cassie swooped in and helped me with a new vehicle after expressing interest in looking at my options. She respected my super hectic schedule, and fit me in the end of her day to let me test drive (and purchase, because I loved the car!!) As always, love buying from McGee's!

I had an incredible experience at White River Toyota. I worked with Alyssa Bruno and really appreciated how thorough and honest she was regarding helping me narrow down what I was looking for. She explained all the features, answered all my questions, and helped me set up the app connections before leaving the lot. I followed up a few days later with a windshield wiper issue and my vehicle was immediately brought into a bay, wipers fixed, and they removed all the ice and snow from the outside of the car. Working with Lincoln Newton was a pleasure. He went the extra mile to update a Highlander Hybrid Platinum that was in the dealership allocation schedule with the color and extras that we wanted. He beat a price from another dealership and provided weekly updates on delivery. He also facilitated all paperwork and that shortened the purchase time. Excellent customer service. The overall experience that started with the online customer service team then moved to work with CJ who coordinated the sales process for me until I purchased the car was outstanding.
