Excellent and seamless experience. Customer service was unparalleled. All my questions were answered, I felt confident in my choice and supported along the way. Clearwater Toyota gave me options and helped me find what would suit me best. There was no pressure at all. They were the best to work with.

It is not a really bad car but not for everyone. You have to live in warm or hot climate - not a cold for sure. You have to primarily drive within the city limits. You should not drive too little or too much. And one more thing: there is something wrong with either gas engine or its mount - sometimes strong vibration and its is often noisy. I will buy gas only car next time.

This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

Robin was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable and patient. She showed me all the vehicles I asked about with no pressure. Brian was also very nice and informative and went over all the paperwork and answered all my questions. All in all, AutoNation Toyota was a very positive experience.

Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

We looked at several and Auto Nation Toyota was by far the easiest, and cheapest for the same car! Dealers in Tampa were advertising much more and the dealer fees with Auto Nation are *significantly* lower. Our salesperson, Lucas, was straightforward and gave us exactly what we were looking for.
