It was fine. Just a long wait to patch a tire. The place is clean and comfortable. They have a nice area for snacks and drinks. The employees are friendly and courteous.

What sold me on this car: not all screen, some buttons Kick open trunk Good mpg Reliability of Toyotas Overhead 360 camera Past success with Toyota Spare tire in hidden compartment in trunk Negatives I have found out since buying it: For shorter people, hard to keep heel on floor unless seat is all the way up Uncomfortable drivers seat. I suggest if you’re on the shorter side, to rent this car if possible for a few days to make sure it’s comfortable.

I was greeted, checked in, and given the opportunity to wait onsite or not. The greeter made certain my service issues were captured correctly. I was then handed over to another service employee who ensured I was kept informed of progress and also processed me out upon service completion. All went well in a reasonable amount of time.

It is not a really bad car but not for everyone. You have to live in warm or hot climate - not a cold for sure. You have to primarily drive within the city limits. You should not drive too little or too much. And one more thing: there is something wrong with either gas engine or its mount - sometimes strong vibration and its is often noisy. I will buy gas only car next time.

My service advisor Ryan was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Only complaint would be vehicle smelled like burnt wire or oil when entering vehicle after service was performed. Smell did dissipate or I got used to it after a while.

This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

Took my car in for a oil change, tire rotation, and 50,000 mile check up. Took me right in and came back in 45 minutes and said my car was ready. Excellent service excellent staff excellent location. Always take my car here nowhere else.

Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

My visa went well. The service technician, Tim, was friendly and very knowledgeable. Waiting was not extremely long. Service and repairs are always dependable and reliable.

At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

Lindsay O'Neill was the service representative who helped me, and she was extremely professional and helpful when I had car troubles. Even when this location did not have a part needed, she did everything possible to make sure I was well taken care of and got my car back in a timely manner, even calling the delivery staff to let me know when the parts arrive.
