New and used 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid for sale near Ross, CA

I did the pre-approval through CapitalOne, called to verify the car I wanted was still available, Mini 2012. Spoke with Louis, and met with him 30 minutes before closing. The car I was approved for was not available in a manual transmission, however he did have a similar model slightly older but in great shape. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 20 minutes. He was thorough, and even dropped the price and gave me better financing options than I expected. I highly recommend Louis of Oakland Toyota. He is fair, efficient, and works in the best interest of his customer.

This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

Fantastic Experience!!!! Just bought a 2014 Toyota Tacoma there on5/6/17, and was very impressed by the whole entire experience. First I was greeted by a very nice young woman before entering and then I met Drake who was my salesperson helping me the entire time. Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

I found Hector Gonzalez, a Sales Manager, at One Toyota of Oakland to be one of the most professional sales managers I have met while I have searched for a used Japanese compact or sedan car for my price range at various brand name dealerships and secondary used car dealers for the past few weeks. He was extremely helpful in addressing all my concerns about purchasing a used vehicle from the One Toyota dealership, went through the quote thoroughly without hassle, was excellent in keeping in contact with me throughout the process, and made me aware of additional warranties and issues that other dealerships never offered to help allay some of my concerns when purchasing a used vehicle. I would highly recommend asking for Hector Gonzales if you are purchasing a vehicle from their lot for his excellent customer service and professional demeanor.

At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

Sabbir Was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all my questions. He really listened to what I wanted and was very transparent throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated. Overall Sabbir and the whole team made me feel comfortable, not pressured at all, made the whole experience easy, stress-free and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
