Just an overall great car-buying experience. The staff was friendly, rational, not pushy, and very pleasant to interact with... Plus, Stapp didn't mark up the cost of the car like other dealers in the area did. I would certainly work with Stapp again.

This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

Chuck helped me get into my dream car, a 4Runner Venture. He made the process incredibly easy and he was very kind and accommodating. It honestly felt like I was working with family rather than a stranger. Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

Anthony was very helpful. He mad the entire process to fast and smooth. I would recommend Stapp to friends and family. It was an overall enjoyable experience.

Stapp Interstate Toyota is a family owned dealership. That may be why my salesperson, Grant Moreno, took so much time with me and made sure I got the car and deal I wanted. He was very patient and answered the thousands of questions I had.
