New and used 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid SUVs for sale near Bogota, NJ

Never had a bad experience with this place. Must be the competitors leaving the bad reviews, shaking in their boots to the company whose cars and reputation are superior above others. Also, look at other website reviews of this dealership and you'll see they are rated highly. I would advise to do your own due diligence for the vehicle your looking for and your experience will be fun and productive.

It is not a really bad car but not for everyone. You have to live in warm or hot climate - not a cold for sure. You have to primarily drive within the city limits. You should not drive too little or too much. And one more thing: there is something wrong with either gas engine or its mount - sometimes strong vibration and its is often noisy. I will buy gas only car next time.

Took it in for inspection that was due and service . Found out needed brakes had it done which makes it much safer . Thankyou !

This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

I purchased a 2015 Toyota Highlander LE Plus in predawn mica grey from Crestmont Toyota. Not only did they give me the lowest out the door price out of at least 10 dealerships but the customer service that I received came second to none. The sales manager I dealt with is Andy Beloff (andy.beloff@crestmont23.com) who is as professional and straight forward as they come. He answered all my calls, texts, and emails in a prompt fashion and answered every question that I had. He truly believes in the art of building solid and long lasting business relationships. Steve Zmani the finance manager didn?t place any pressure on me during the signing process and was quick to get me out as soon as possible. And lastly, Michael Mongiovi, the relationship manager gave me a courtesy call the day after to congratulate me and left his contact information should I have any questions or concerns. The whole process from beginning to end was straight forward, transparent, and absolutely professional - Crestmont Toyota should write a sales book on how to run a business and build relationships. I will definitely be coming back here for my next Toyota.

Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

Thanks to Bill Walsh who managed to get the car detailed the night before and get me in and out before noon on a Saturday. I love it!

We have a 8m old and found we needed a bigger car than our sedan but found the rav4 too large so we went to take a look at the Corolla Cross and ended up leaving with it. We drove 2 hours from CT to purchase this Toyota 4Runner. James was very accommodating in making the deal work as quick as possible. Having to deal with an issue of our trade in during the week James did all the calls to make it go smoothly. The car was ready the following weekend and the deal was quick and we were on our way. Very happy with the deal and would make the trip again and again knowing they made the transaction as smoothly as it went. I just purchased my brand new Toyota Camry last week, and let me tell you what an experience! I did my research of dealerships because I've never had a Toyota and Star Toyota was one of the top listings. I submitted an internet inquiry via their website and was contacted within minutes by a woman named Nicolette who works in their internet sales department. She was personable, sweet, and very paitent with me being that I had alot of questions; I really wasen't sure what type of Camry I wanted. She made some great suggestions and also suggested the lease program they had this month. I wound up setting the appointment with her for the following day. When I came in and asked for her she came straight up to the front and greeted me and told me I'd be taken care of asap, and that I'd actually be working directly with her department manager Anthony Cruz. Mr. Cruz was wonderfully helpful and honest and made the whole experience a breeze and not at all a hassle for me. The whole staff there is really a great group, I plan on working with them again when my lease is up!
