New and used 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid SUVs for sale near Cos Cob, CT

We drove 2 hours from CT to purchase this Toyota 4Runner. James was very accommodating in making the deal work as quick as possible. Having to deal with an issue of our trade in during the week James did all the calls to make it go smoothly. The car was ready the following weekend and the deal was quick and we were on our way. Very happy with the deal and would make the trip again and again knowing they made the transaction as smoothly as it went. Few weeks later my husband noticed we were missing the key for the locked wheels. So that we did not have to go all the way back to NY James hooked us up with a key at one of our local Toyota dealers. Thanks James for being so patient and making everything happen for us. Very satisfied customer.

It is not a really bad car but not for everyone. You have to live in warm or hot climate - not a cold for sure. You have to primarily drive within the city limits. You should not drive too little or too much. And one more thing: there is something wrong with either gas engine or its mount - sometimes strong vibration and its is often noisy. I will buy gas only car next time.

I went to this dealer previously to look at a FRS. I met with a salesperson Shana who seemed very genuine a nice. She recommended me a few things I should do before actually purchasing the car. Came back about a year later and there she was and we told her now we was ready to buy. She wasn't pushy with the options, we felt very comfortable speaking with her. She seemed like she really interested in making her customer happy which is awesome. I haven't met with the service dept but the buying process went very smoothly. If anybody I know is looking for a Toyota/Scion, I would definitely recommend speaking with Shana. The dealership's buying process was great.

This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

Never had a bad experience with this place. Must be the competitors leaving the bad reviews, shaking in their boots to the company whose cars and reputation are superior above others. Also, look at other website reviews of this dealership and you'll see they are rated highly. I would advise to do your own due diligence for the vehicle your looking for and your experience will be fun and productive.

Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

No complaints. Georgie was very easy going and helpful through the buying process. Will definitely come back and refer family members looking to buy a new car.

At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

I was looking for a used caravan, been looking for about 6 months and had one problem after another with other dealerships. Advertised price and then another $3,000 in fees!! I called Rivera Toyota and spoke with Joe, very friendly and helpful. I asked him what the price was on the car advertised, and he said the price show IS the price. No other fees, unless you want some of the additional services we offer. I told him if I am wasting my time I will throw you out of the window, JK. Next day took it out for a test drive, has two issues, nothing crazy, and was about to get off a few dollars. The price was the price and I did not have to hassle or get upset. Joseph was very helpful as well as his manager Bob. I was able to drive my new/used car that day home. I would definitely recommend coming here, for a used or new car. I just purchased my brand new Toyota Camry last week, and let me tell you what an experience! I did my research of dealerships because I've never had a Toyota and Star Toyota was one of the top listings. I submitted an internet inquiry via their website and was contacted within minutes by a woman named Nicolette who works in their internet sales department. She was personable, sweet, and very paitent with me being that I had alot of questions; I really wasen't sure what type of Camry I wanted. She made some great suggestions and also suggested the lease program they had this month. I wound up setting the appointment with her for the following day. When I came in and asked for her she came straight up to the front and greeted me and told me I'd be taken care of asap, and that I'd actually be working directly with her department manager Anthony Cruz. Mr. Cruz was wonderfully helpful and honest and made the whole experience a breeze and not at all a hassle for me. The whole staff there is really a great group, I plan on working with them again when my lease is up!

Great deal and fast transaction! There should be a snack station while waiting and the coffee station needs to improve a little. people who buy cars sometimes have to wait for them to finish and would be nice to have something small to snack on after a big purchase! overall gilbert was great!
