Mr. Redd was attentive. He answered every question from our party of four and at the end of the encounter, it felt like we had made a lifelong friend. When we moved over to finance, I expected to be pressured and we were not Mr. Bienvenue was outstanding and the great customer service experience we had started hours early was extended into the contracting process. I have bought four cars before. This was by far THEEEEEEEEE best experience I've ever had in my life. I wish that I was in the market to buy a car (I'm not because my car is three years old) because I would definitely want to broker my deal with Mr. Redd. Outstanding! Personable! Attentive! At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

Koon’s Tyson’s Toyota consistently does an excellent job servicing my vehicle. This time in addition to my usual oil change and fluid checks, my four tires were replaced with a $100 rebate, rear brakes repaired and state inspection performed. Keep up the good work!
