This is a great car. The hybrid drivetrain has already saved me over 30% on gas in a few months of ownership. With the xle model I purchased I have noticed the sound dampening is not as good as my older model 2013 rav4 non hybrid but with no engine noise either makes the outside noise more noticeable. The seating space up front is a little more tighter but not bad. My one gripe is the gas pedal is hinged to the floor so the floor mats do not go all the way to the top and leave the carpet exposed. I would still 100% recommend the car. Just watch out for some dealerships who are just out to make your purchase difficult.

In and out for 15000 mile service in less than an hour . Kept apprised of service progress via text message. Would definitely be back again for service.

I suggest if you’re on the shorter side, to rent this car if possible for a few days to make sure it’s comfortable.

Grant was so helpful, and answered every question I had honestly. He helped me get a car that I really wanted, while also keeping in mind how much I wanted to pay monthly. I would recommend Toyota in Rock Hill, and I will be buying there again in the future!

It is not a really bad car but not for everyone. You have to live in warm or hot climate - not a cold for sure. You have to primarily drive within the city limits. You should not drive too little or too much. And one more thing: there is something wrong with either gas engine or its mount - sometimes strong vibration and its is often noisy. I will buy gas only car next time.

This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

Cailey was very helpful and informative. She called me and told me my car was ready and whatever else they advised that we do to the car in the future.

Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

I rolled out of my 2021 RAV 4 lease early and into a 2024 RAV 4 hybrid. Love the car! William Young, and my salesperson Misty were excellent. James, who I signed my life away with lol was also excellent. I’ve been a Toyota owner since 2015, with no reason to not continue.

Even when this location did not have a part needed, she did everything possible to make sure I was well taken care of and got my car back in a timely manner, even calling the delivery staff to let me know when the parts arrive.
